Obviously completely different content but all 4 rank for their chosen keywords and produce a hefty chunk of change per day.

Hi Clickbumped, May I ask you regarding the keyword in domain as you've stated, is it a full domain like www (dot) underwaterbasketweaving (dot) com or are you using something like www (dot) underwaterbasketweaving (dot) blogger (dot) com Have you found that it makes a difference either way? Thanks in advance. Ross

It took me a couple years to get to $100/day however I didn't soley focus on adsense until I realized its potential. I was checking some data, comparing year to year the other day. The last friday of July 2009 I did around $30 in adsense, the last friday of July in 2010 I did over $350 in adsense. The growth is simply amazing. I think if you focused on a few sites for 6 months to 8 months and really worked hard keeping fresh content and building relevant links you can hit $100/day. Also make sure to pick the proper niche - so many people pick horrible niches that payout pennies a click, there are many niches out there that you can get $1+/click - go after those. |

Impressive stats on making money off Adsense, unfortunately Google doesn't like to advertise the niches that pay well, so many people build sites that only pay out pennies per click

Actually, EzArticleLink has a clever way to deal with duplicate content. Every article that you submit has to be spun by you first (manually via the tool) and the system checks thoroughly and made sure your spun articles are sufficiently unique. Once approved these spun articles get published on other members article directories. Quote:

What about backlinks to sites? No matter how good the content are but backlinks plays an important part in rankings. No planning on it at all.

Hi Clickbumped, Thanks for your reply. In this thread, Matt Cutts already mentioned it's not that important to have bigger sites. I like your views on this. Since the EzArticleLink articles give you irrelevant contents, I like to think that when people click on your niche site, they are not interested to read these published posts. Now does that mean the only benefit to you having this article directory on your site is the Google ad(s) that appear on these irrelevant posts (presumably they contain relevant ads to your homepage). Do you see other benefits other than this one? That helps to get more clicks? Quote:
