Default Is it me or do SEO Services have some of the WORST Customer Service ??

I had to cancel a SEO Service today thatI was paying monthly for The reason was because of terrible, terrible customer service. I have found this true with several SEO Services. It mainly revolves around NOT returning emails in a decent time frame and letting the customer NOT know the status of their Order and NOT completing it within an acceptable time frame.

I literally have 3 SEO services that I no longer use that would just NOT return my emails when I was checking the status of my Order. They just refused to reply to me until I got nasty and threaten to leave their Service ( which I did eventually)

Anyway, this is a wide open field for anyone who has some SEO expertise and can do the work and PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!. I you have these criteria then you have a business model that will be Golden.

Anyone else here having crappy Customer Service with SEO and Submission Services ??

If i worked in SEO and did what they did all day I wouldn't answer emails either. It's like the phrase "You can't watch the stock market all day every day and yell at your stock broker every time a stock goes down"

SEO is a very long term thing and people probably send thousands of emails a day asking why their sites aren't ranking.

The worst thing you could do is to go to your 4th SEO company... Everything your other 3 were doing for you has to be restarted again from scratch.

You are TOTALLY missing my point. What planet are you coming from ???
I am not emailing them about how or why my Sites are not benefiting from their SEO work or not. I am emailing them and inquiring about where the completed report that they promised they would deliver within a certain time frame as per our Agreement. This report shows the link building they have gone for me and I check to see if it is done properly.

Come on dude read my post and use your noggin !!
Iam not contacting them to complain about my Sites not being ranked !!

And NOOOOOOOOOOO the best thing that I ever did in the last few weeks is go to credible sources that have pointed me to a reliable 4th SEO Company that is doing my work on time and with the proper reports for me to check over at an acceptable time !!
And I am not starting from scratch !! Not even sure I know what in the heck you mean by that ??

Honestly, hiring others for SEO seems completely useless to me. Very few of them do a quality job without overcharging. The only time I hire peopel is for SPECIFIC backlinking business. such as submit x number of articles to x service or build x number of profile links.

Sometimes I look at the price on these SEO services and wonder who the hell pays that. Some of the things they charge hundreds for I do within a day... I would be rich if I could steal those clients :P.

Yep, been there, done too many times, which prompted my partner and me on this end to open up our own service center years ago.

"Silence is golden," is NOT our motto: we share a 24-hour phone line, use a Kayako support desk, give out my own personal cell phone, etc.

And people either need to honor a commitment or seek an adjustment well before deadline time (unless in rare circumstances it's an emergency). It's business.

Too many people hide behind help desks that lack any type of timely or helpful replies. So when you run into these, time to move on, in my humble opinion
