After three years earning money with Google Adsense, I now have about 20 websites. Last two years, my income was $60/day and it's still $60 now!!! I want to scale my income but It seems I don't have a right SEO plan. I tried to build content for my 20 websites to make them updated frequently... But it took me so much time. (3 articles/day took me 6+ day to update all the sites, then back from day 1). So, there's no time for backlinks building. I'm trying to refresh my head and find a new way. I write this thread hope that if someone have same problems with me can share their experiences. Should I forget all those 20 sites and focus on 2-3 new sites based on larger niches? How can people with 500+ sites can manage their SEO plan? Thanks |

You can automate most of the backlinking, including article directory submission, website directory submission, RSS feed submission, web 2.0 submission, etc. You should look into your options here. You can outsource the writing of your articles to someone else. It may take some time to find a good writer. There is oDesk, a section on the Warrior Forum here, and more. Look into those options. You can probably expect to pay $0.75 - $2.00 per 100 words, depending on the quality. If you really wanted to (and I don't really recommend doing it), you can spin your articles and end up with 50 iterations of the same thing to blast out 50 different times. Personally I write ONE article, let it get indexed on my site, then let it get indexed on EzineArticles, then I blast it out to about 150 article directories using Incansoft's Article Bot. People manage all that by not doing the work themselves, just over seeing it's management. Congrats on $60/day for so long!

Nice! You might want to try outsourcing, having your own personal assistant. Try out http://replacemyself.com I have 1 full time person with only 250 bucks thanks to these guys.

The position you are in is making it seem like it's hard to manage. All you need to do really is think outside the box a little. You have $60 per day to play with? Which is about $1,860 per month at present. Why don't you re-invest some of those funds? You can outsource or even join a couple of good link building networks (these DO work!). You could pay someone to spin articles and submit them to the networks for you. If you re-invested even $750 per month out of your current Adsense income then how much traffic do you think you'd have in say 3 - 4 months from now? You may have turned that $1,860 per month into $3,860 per month. Or maybe even more, potentially. My advice would be not to setup more sites or blogs yet. You write the articles and add this content to your own blogs. Outsource the link building (implement a well thought out strategy) and get those 20 sites earning more for you. Only then will you be in a position to re-evaluate your position and maybe put more funds into increasing the number of your sites and the work involved. The is usually an answer, or seveal answers for everything. Sometimes you just need to step outside and look in to discover the best route to take. |

Wow nice accomplishment, I would be proud to be able to say that. I would be vigilant and keep reading and learning on forums like the Warrior Forum. Interesting how it has stayed at the same level for so long. |

Thanks Andy, kfong and thehobster and others. I'll follow your guides, stay out of the box, research and think for a while before I kick myself to next level. Hope, I can report the "success" story in the next few months.
