Hi. I have a blog in Wordpress and I have some noob questions, do you have to edit this kind of links when adding blog posts, ex: domainname.com/?p=40 ????? Should I edit the link to: domainname.com/categoryname/blogposttitle?? Does it affect the SEO? |

I usually use the post name as the permalink. It is better for SEO if you have your keywords in the url. To change it just go to 'settings' >> 'permalinks' then 'custom' and put in /%postname%/ |

Its better to use /%category%/%postname%/ for performance reasons WordPress suggests it also. Using Permalinks WordPress Codex |
