Default How to leave a Google Adwords Campaign?

I recently left my old company, where I was an admin on several PPC campaigns in Google Adwords. There are other admins, so I am simply trying to "leave" the campaigns, without deleting them, so that I may do my own PPC campaigns and no longer be linked to my old companies campaigns. This seems like it should be easy, but I cannot figure out how to do it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

You question is unclear - what do you mean leave the campaigns and run your own PPC campaigns. R u talking about running campaigns to the same websites? That would be an infringement of adwords policy. Best is open a new account, new websites etc...

Sorry, I wasn't very clear. I have a list of campaigns, for various clients (this was an ad agency that did PPC for various clients) for which I am an admin on the account. The plan was to transition me over to take over these campaigns (thus the reason there is also another admin listed for these campaigns as well). That never happened, and then I left the company. The agency still runs these campaigns and they are still listed under my personal Google account. I simply want to remove them, without deleting them (my assumption is since I am admin, I delete it will kill their campaigns). I am trying to avoid opening another account.

Yes, I am one of four people on these campaigns, with one other person as an admin. I see this when I go to "My Account" --> "Account Access." Under "Actions" for me, there is only an option to change info on my entire Google profile, or my notification preferences.

OK Jason, from the above message these campaigns were set up by you on your own account is that correct ?

If so set up adwords editor if not done so, then in adwords editor import your campaigns you wish to export / transfer to you company, (choose the select to import function)

Once you have imported the campaigns you wish to export to your company into editor select the save as / csv file option and give it a name that suits.

Send this csv file to your old employer and ask him to open his adwords editor and import the csv file and from there import the campaigns to a new adwords account.

Once you have completed this and your old company confirms these campaigns are now live on the new computer / 1 keep that confirmation for your own records and second you can then delete those campaigns on your account for those clients leaving your account for you.

Moving forward your / old company have botched the set up of those campaigns in that they should have established an mcc account to manage the clients accounts not the mish mash they have, so it may pay to tell them to look at alternative practices moving forward for better client management / not that it is your problem moving forward.

If that does not work or i have it wrong drop a more detailed outline of your set up and i am sure it will be sorted for you.

Pete
