It's the new adsense ad format. If it's not showing on your site at the moment it will soon. Google is rolling it out at the moment. You do not need to make any changes to your code.

When you want to generate ads in your Google adsense account, after choosing that your ads can contain text or image, you can set all other settings of your ad including format and size of your ad in the next step. All supported ad formats can be found in this step.
Ans as i know its not allowed that you change or edit this code. So as i know the format of ads are fixed for all members of Google adsense.

It's just the normal 728X90. The format has changed from side by side,
to vertical. Just pick 728X90.

Good job in not giving that site a backlink!

I also would caution you to NOT do adsense placement as they have done.

Whenever I tell people that, I get a ton of hate. There are people who just
plain and simple don't give a rat's hat about bending any rules. But this forum
is full of people who have had their adsense canceled for "no reason," even
after swearing they have done the same thing for years and can't figure out
why all of a sudden they get canned. Google does not catch everything
all the time. But they do catch most things in due time.
