Any recommendations for SEO software like IBP and others ?

I heard that you may get penalized on some search engines by using this type of software ?

Also, if they are good, how often can I use them to update my website

IBP works, I use it on 90% of my sites. They jump in the rankings when I use it.
I recommend some other SEO Software on my blog that might be of help.
