Few seo questions for noobs

so.i have my wordpress site and I want to optimize the keywords on it.
I looked on the market samurai tool and I saw that is recomended to put keywords in title, url, description and header.

1)I have put the keywords in domain name and title but I don't know where to put keywords in description and header. Is there a wordpress plugin that can help me with this ?

2) At my first post(and the only one) I used HeadSpace so I can edit my sitename, page title and description. Though, when i type in google site:www.mysite.com It only shows me the name of the domain(with hyphens like i registered it, even in headspace I wrote the site name without hyphens). Under the title i have a short preview text from my first and only post but in headspace I wrote other text.

ps:After I installed headspace I received this message:

There are some issues with your theme that may prevent HeadSpace functioning correctly. wp_footer was not found in footer.php

This can be the problem ? Can I solve it? I really like this theme because I worked a lot to make it like I wanted. Is there another plugin like Headspace ? If not... I will try to find other theme

yes I installed. Is enabled. I put a different home title and home description in All in One seo pack. But I cant see them when i search my site with google

ps: in all in one seo pack I have checked "Autogenerate Descriptions" is that ok ?

Hi,
If you search your site on Google and it has not been updated with the newer home title and description then you will still see your old one even though it has changed!

You would be better putting in your own descriptions as you publish each post so you know exactly what you are putting and that it is relevent!

it's a simple site with one post (story) linked to a clickbank product. I still want the descriptions in each post but I also want my description and title site for the main site
