Hi all! I have heard in several places that Yahoo / MSN users have a different profile to those using google. I am interested in using Y/MSN PPC, so I wanted to inquire if you have any idea about how they are different, so I can tweak my ads, and see which are the best products to promote... My guess is that they are less tech-savvy, so there is no point in promoting Mass Control or SENuke, what do you think? What could we promote instead? Thanks for your help! |

I think you got it wrong. You don't want to profile the people who use a particular search engine because it's a taste difference and does not present a solid trend. It's like profiling whether a person like's vanilla or chocolate ice cream, it doesn't matter that much, they LIKE ICE CREAM. You need to profile the viewers of a website in your market that features your product or service to be advertised. |
