A Query - Adsense Image On The Left Column and A Video On The Right Column

I have a query; is it acceptable by Google for us to place an Adsense Image advertisement on the left column and a Video (not an Adsense advertisement) on the right and both of them are above the fold of a two column web/blog page.

I also want to place an Adsense text advertisement below the Adsense image advertisement.

Way below about three quarter of the page on the left column, I want to place other link such as Clickbank affiliate etc.

On the right column, there would be nothing else other than the video mentioned earlier.

I would have the content and all advertisements relevant to the keyword.

Would the above scenario be acceptable to Google.
