What's happening to Google Keyword tools?

Hi

When accessing google keyword tools, I used to open Google and search for keyword tool. The google keyword tool used to be top of the serp.

But now when I click on that same link, I can wait for hours and still no captcha or anything is visible. So I'm not able to use google keyword tools or what I'm trying to use is outdated (if outdated I suppose google would redirect me to the new version). I've tryed this on 2 different computers (with different public ip) and still the same problem on both machines.

any suggestions?

Ya it Captcha code is asked so many times..and we can not log in..

Use is so simple, Google tool crash. You only have to stop for some time in use.
