SOMEBODY HELP! ADWORDS NOT RUNNING FOR 3RD DAY NOW

Please I need help on my google adwords.
Am not new to it but I just created a new campaign and loaded my account with cash but adverts still not running.

I tried everything possible to no avail. Increased budget and Max cpc too.
I seriously need help thanks.

OK buddy go into the help option in adwords and select email help after those options and send support a request to have a look at why your ads are not running, without more detail its probably your best option for now.
