I am trying to turn my various niche blogs into ecommerce sites and re-do my SEO and keywords...My question is, will Google update my new SEOed site (complete with keywords, meta tags, title change) and how long will it take for them to do it? Will the update be the same as when they update the PRs too? |

With the Caffeine introduction, Google crawls sites (blogs especially) enormously fast. All your on-page changes should be picked up within a few weeks.

As stated above, Google will pick up the changes on the site itself relatively quickly. If you are changing page names, try to do 301 redirects for those pages that will still exist. If you are changing your keywords, make sure you're creating backlinks with your new keywords.

It will also depend on how frequently Google crawls your site. If you have a Webmaster Tools account you can see the crawl rate. Alternatively, check in Google to see how recently your site was cached.
