1000 backlink to squidoo lens in 7 days! it's safe?

i wonder if it's safe to do that, i saw thebacklinkbuilder.com offer $9.99 for 1000 backlink and it will build in 1 week, i want to try for competitive word,
for that keyword , total backlinks for every competitor had sometime about 50
for other keyword 100 and for other keyword 200

i build leas and the next day give big amount of backlink

did you think squidoo can beat amazon and nextag if both of these have less 50 backlinks and pr 3 or 4

maybe can? or otherwise Google hate squidoo
