How often can i write and submit articles to article directories?

I belive that ezine and other article directories are good strategies of getting traffic but i need to know how often i can do it. I need your contributions.

I can tell you about Ezine.
You can submit 25 articles to them to begin with. I suggest you stay within their guidelines.
If your first 10 articles meet their standards, you will have unlimited submissions (platinum author).
If you screwed up on one of the articles (it happened to me), you will get basic plus and the right to submit another 25 articles.
After that, if all is well, you'll get platinum status and than you can submit as many articles as you want, as long as they fall within ezines guidelines.

most of the sites will have initial guidelines when you sign up for an account with them. as long as you stay within the guidelines you should be fine. only submit unique and quality content.

You should submit 10 to 20 articles per month.. as mentioned by marketguy you can submit up to 10 articles as a beginner for ezine and if you meet the quality standards of ezine and follow their guidelines you can submit unlimited.. you should also submit the same article to other article directories as well but be sure to use different author boxes and different links of your site for every article directory to prevent yourself from spamming..

I wouldn't worry about how many you can submit.

Can you write a great content article? Can you
write so that your sig file gets clicked, say 30%
of the people who read your article.

Quality of your articles is of top importance,
not how many you can write and summit.

If no one is clicking your link, you don't need
more articles, you need to be come an expert
at writing and compeling the readers to your
call to action.

No clicks means no sales.

I try to write and submit daily. Article marketing is a great way to syndicate your content. I post them to my blog first and then EZA. EZA's editor's do a great job of screening your content. In my experience, if they accept it, so will everybody else.
