Forum software URL rewriter

Hello.

A customer asked something, i have no idea what to reply.

He has forum with posts having urls that don't contain any of the Title. It is DotNetNuke, like:

/forums/tabid/62/forumid/1/threadid/16/scope/posts/Default.aspx

He want to buy a software that creates more friendly urls. For example the above would be:

/ressources/support/friendlier-url/works-with-localization-extensions-/posts.aspx

It seems that the Post Title is broken into "/" parts. The question is, does the above URL weights well in search engines OR the actual URL they see is "posts.aspx" ?
