Default Disabled before for violating the terms (And I did)?

I want to be honest now but all appeal are auto response!

My friend clicked my advertisements often to make me money. He was just trying to be nice, but this was wrong! I was banned from adsense and I know I was wrong. I want to be honest and make honest money through adsense! Every form I submit seems like I get an automated response. I've tried to create multiple accounts to get around being banned but I get disabled every time. I'd like to be given a chance to prove that I can be honest. I was stupid for doing what I did before! Please don't tell me I was already given a chance to prove that, cause I already screwed up. How can I get back in? I sent an appeal every day for what seemed like a month.

Take the lesson you've learned and do better in the future when you sign up for something else. Read the terms and rules - and follow them carefully.

Google isn't a parent or a school - it's a business and they don't give second chances when you try to cheat them.

EDIT: I just reread your post and I don't know if you are saying your friends did this without your knowledge or not. If you didn't know - that's a harsh lesson for you. However, when you tell friends and family about adsense and clicks, that is what often happens.

I asked a fried to click on a add for me for "testing" purposes. After that i freaked out because my account was basically in his hands.. I asked him REALY nicely to just click once.. What happened? he clicked twice!

NEVER share your adsense sites with people you know.. They think they are trying to help you, but they are screwing your account..

And YOU are screwing advertisers out of their money for asking your friend for a fraudulent click.

I like you how you said "testing" purposes. What did you have to test? Adsense works fine, you were just looking for a free click.

There's no reason to be thinking about the top ad.
The top ad is not always the best paying. It is the best performing.
The best paying might be on the bottom. Adwords rewards people for
CTR.

However, if you accidentally click on your ads, it is mostly no problem.
Being click bombed is probably not a problem either.

Having a friend (or you) "click often" is asking for trouble. How google tracks that
differently, I don't know. But that's what they probably care more about.

It sucks. No way do I ever wish a ban on anybody. Especially a fellow warrior.
You have 2 sites in your sig with nothing to do with adsense. Go for broke
on those. Join the war room, let this forum give you other ways of making money.
Be determined to not let google ruin your day.
