Link Cloaking has any effect on ranking?

Hello Warriors,

I want to know if cloaking my affiliate links has any effect on my google ranking? Can my website be penalized for cloaking affiliate links? If yes then how can I tell my visitors to click those ugly clickbank affiliate links?? Also should I use a nofollow tag to my affiliate links as it may seem to google that I am participating in link exchange schemes by not using nofollow tags and passing pr to my vendor??

I use it and I would say some rank better with cloaked affiliate links and the conversion is better as well. For cloaked links I use always the nofollow tag.

I don't think the difference it would make would be big enough to matter...

Sometimes it may, but they advise not to cloak, but you can try it and see if it works for your website... if it doesn't just change things back the way it used to be

My site has suddenly disappeared from google. So I thought link cloaking could be a possible reason for it.

How u use a nofollow tag for cloaked links?

I think link cloaking has doesnt make any effect on ranking.Link cloaking affiliate links is the art of showing your visitors an internal link when they mouse over an affiliate link so that the visitor doesn’t think they are leaving your site.It is the best way to opt for and earn natural links.
