Possible to add multiple ad groups at the same time?

I'm currently in the process of adding keywords and creating ad groups for campaign, in google adwords.

It's a bit tedious doing this in the adwords interface so I was thinking that maybe I could make my ad groups in excel and then upload them, just, I haven't seen an option to do so.

Is it possible to do, and if not, is there some other kind of method I can use, that will speed up the process?

Hi Priyax,

I would suggest you download and try out the free Google AdWords Editor. This will make it a bit easier. There are also tools, some free some not, that can be used in combination with the AdWords Editer that help make it even faster and easier to setup campaigns.
