how do you get Adsense ads to open in a new window?

I have always hated how adsense ads take people away from my sites. With google search they offer a facility for search to open in a new window but I was on a site the other day when the adsense ads themselves open in a new window - how did they do that?

I can't find the option to do that in my adsense account so are they manipulating the code in some way or am I missing something?

HELLO, you can only do this when you have adsense for domain. Another page open when you click the ads. You can get in touch on howto research on adsense for domain.
