The part about site promotion is pretty limited. Basically, it says reach out to related sites but not EVERY related site and use social networking and bookmarking sites. That's it guys! No other off-site promotion. A few Diggs and a Tweet should do the job. :P |

The more diggs/stumbles/upvotes you can get the more those sites weight your link on their XML sitemap that they provide to Google.
