What exactly are the rules regarding Adsense blocks being placed next to near images on wesites? I have recently placed my adsense blocks quite close to images on some of my websites. On another forum some one mentioned that this is illegal and is against the Google terms of service to do this. Is this correct? I can not see this on the Google t.o.s. As Google are quite fond of banning people for any vague reason it would be helpful to get an answer on this matter. |

The basic rule of thumb here is just to ensure that images don't appear like they are associated with the ads in any way. For example, a block of 4 ads lined up next to a block of 4 images. Just try and keep some distance between the the images and ads or a definitive border. It has to be your common sense at the end of the day.
