Anyone using Incansoft Web20bot?

Dear warriors,

I recently bought this software to do my web20 submissions. Created a company account and account profiles and used Llama spin to generate my web content. However each time I try to submit my articles I get submission errors. I already e-mailed them with the question but I wonder wether there's any of you warriors who owns Web20bot who can help out? I did go back to the user guide of course but so far I haven't been able to figure out what I'm doing wrong

I too have the same problem with this prog on my XP box.
