ramone_johnny - yep, add Alexa to the list. I tend to prefer the tools that scrape the search engines but Alexa can add another useful perspective.

@TSDMike - I am also a fan of the SEMRush paid tool. I also prefer it's interface over SpyFu and it's integration with Google Keyword data is crucial. Simply, it rocks.

You can add Market Samurai to that list. Market Samurai also shows the anchor text that your competitor used and PR of the links. It also has a keyword research tool as well. Very useful indeed...
