Tried several keywords and get three different exact monthly results for the same keyword in quotation marks, parenthesis/brackets and without either like so: hair dryer : 246,000 "hair dryer": 165,000 [hair dryer]: 4,400 Does anyone know what this is? Is Google telling us that there were 165,000 people who entered "hair dryer" with quotation marks in their search box? |

OK, got the answer. Boy do we learn something every day ![]() keyword = Broad match "keyword" = Phrase match [keyword] = Exact match -keyword = Negative match Guess the multi-display is one of the new capabilities of the keyword tool-it will give all three results for most keywords that were entered but the others will be displayed according to what we chose to show (broad, exact or phrase). |
