Looking for a SEO Specialist to Optimize Online Magazine/Media Company Website

I hope that this is in the right thread. If not, please forgive me.

First and foremost, my site is an English speaking website so therefore I would need whomever to be able to speak and/or especially write in clear and precise english.

I'm looking for 10,000+ Daily unique visitors to my internet magazine. We would also need the traffic to be targeted. We would like for people to sign up and join my website's community if possible and comment on articles and in the forums. Our goal is to increase reader interaction with the articles.

I'm looking for someone in particular who has experience optimizing sites that have content that is always updated and changing on a daily basis. My site is not a stagnant adsense (only) type site that I see advertised on DP so often. We have writers that post articles everyday and I'm looking for a SEO specialist who knows how to stay up with the latest trends and is extremely familiar with Wordpress.

We would like you to use search engines, directories, blogs, facebook, twitter, & whatever else may be at your disposal to do so. We need the traffic to be geared towards the urban communities and there's a couple of websites in mind that we would like for you to try to pull traffic from if possible.

We want you to increase our brand.

We also have a list of keywords that could be provided to aide you in your marketing plan for us.

No bots or automated traffic please. We will track all incoming traffic to make sure that it's coming from legitimate sources. if your traffic provided is coming from bots or other suspicious looking sites, we will drop you as our supplier and move towards the next person or company who could do the job.

Please send us your proposal or plan on what your company can provide and lay it out for us to understand. Also include any examples or case studies that will help you getting picked. We LOVE examples. Please send examples of your work. Pretty please. Try and send examples of wordpress type sites in which new content is always updated. Also give us an idea of how much traffic I could possibly attain.

Please understand that we have been taken advantage of before and will only escrow payment. We will not pay upfront. We could use Freelancer.com as the escrow system and then you can begin. I'm not trying to burn anyone either and that's why I feel that the escrow system would be best.

We want for this to be an ongoing monthly project if the results can be achieved. So please, when pricing us, keep this in mind.

Again I am looking for someone to do this on a monthly commitment. And my budget is $150-$250 a month, possibly more if the amount of traffic you propose goes beyond expectations.

You might want to revise your expectations of 10k unique daily visitors a day for such a tiny monthly budget. Most people charge that (a lot more than that) just to build a small website!

No kidding... That will get you 1-2 hrs/month of a decent SEO's time. What you're asking for is going to take an excellent full-time SEO probably 6 months to a year at least to accomplish unless you're Sports Illustrated or some already well known brand.

You might as well just write a check monthly for the $150-250 and mail it to your favorite charity each month. Doing so will help your rankings far more that paying some SEO in a 3rd world country peanuts to take your money and deliver empty promises. They will be laughing ALL the way to the bank.

LOL...Thanks guys...I had a good laugh. I'm trying to learn some things here on this forum. I'm just asking for things that I have read and seen on this forum unless those things aren't true, which is possible.

With the requests you make, and the budget you propose...that is automated offshore SEO 101 that you are asking for. Either change your expectations, or multiply your budget starting by a factor of 10X to begin to think of getting what you want.

Well said by theseoguys, Update your plan according to the exact or possible capabilities of your site i think you've just think that post what i mean is there is no concrete plan to your proposal there's so many leakage with it please fix it. hope this helps.
