Arrow I Found a Dozen Exact Keyword .com Domains, now what??

Hi everybody,

Well, on my search for exact keyword .com domains I came across a dozen non registered, with over 20.000 up to 50.000 exact keyword searches per month according to the Adwords Keyword Selector Tool.

Also, when doing a search for these exact keywords in Google the competition is low. Why, well according to my SEOQuake toolbar they have very low PR.

Shouldn't the exact keyword domains pass these with a few back links from social bookmarking and a few high PR sites?

Now I don't know what to do with this information. Should I register all these .com's for 10 bucks each and then? I definitely don't have time to establish sites for them.

Thanks,
Sandra

If there is advertisers on google for these keywords then just set up a 5 page wordpress blog with adsense integrated, build a few backlinks per day to each site. If you earn $15/year from each site, your in profit so give it a go.

Buy the domains, put up a wordpress blog, scrap the firstpage of googe search results for the keyword, create a new post and paste in the scrape (in HTML view so as not to include links).

Use a simple wordpress theme, default will do. Put 2 widgets in the right column. 1st if a text widget, put in that the domain is for sale and a contact email, secon dis recent posts widget. That's it.

Wait. Wait some more. If the site ends up ranking on the first page of Google, 3 options:

1. let is sit and hope someone stumbles across it and wants to buy the domain
2. start contacting people using adwords to show ads related to you keyword
3. if you are getting traffic, start building out content (either write it yourself or oursource) and put on Adsense

I make $2,000 - $3,000 a month and YOU CAN TOO

Thanks adenclark and webdango for your great input.

You came up with some good helpful points.

Maybe you know how it goes, you find new domains and you keep adding them to your portfolio, more and some more, but they all sit in your account doing nothing, like wine in a wine cellar, they age, but that's it .

If there are more good ideas on what to do with them I'm listening, hey, even if you are interested in having part of it getting it going and share revenue.

Have a great rest of the weekend,
Sandra

Question 1: First quote: scrape the url's which rank for the keyword? Or scrape the keywords for the results page

I see so many Great domains out there just sitting parked, with no traffic at all. It really is a shame. Before you scatter yourself all over the place, why not consider just concentrating on one or two of the domains? You'll make more than parking a dozen domains. Or you could create blogs for each and flip the sites.

Ok, I did concentrate on just 5 of these domain names I bought. Since these are exact keyword .com domain names, Google ranked them first page in 2 days time with 0 backlinks! I just put up some information regarding the topic rewritten from wikipedia. I was impressed ! These exact keyword domains are searched between 15.000 and 40.000 times each per month and I'm getting good traffic from it, a couple of hundred targeted visitors / traffic per domain, per day, for free, ok minus the $10 .com domain registration fee.

There is a lot more out there and I'm thinking of selling them to interested people.
