Default seo and copyright question

lets say i made a product which was called 'work from home with clickbank'

would i be breaking any laws registering the domain name workfromhomewithclickbank.com?

or is it best not to register that name.

the phrase 'how to sell on clickbank' has X amount of searches on google per month(and little competiton), how do i target that phrase in terms of seo? do i write articles with that phrase and have back link to my domain on it and also have the keywords on my sales page?

how would i target other relevant key words? for example 'work from home'
(i know that word is very competitive)

your advice is much appreciated.

You wouldn't be breaking any laws (it's not a crime; nobody can prosecute you). But as Clickbank is a registered trademark, you'd be encroaching on Clickbank's civil rights (in theory they can sue you - it's highly unlikely - but they could take the domain off you if they chose to, at any time, unless they promise not to).

You might be safer with "WorkfromhomewithCB". Not sure about this.

You can always ask them for permission, though.

Personal opinion only. I'm not a lawyer and am not even available to play one on TV. This forum's not a good place to ask for legal advice because all sorts of people reply, like me, who are not qualified to offer it.

No you are not breaking any law. You can choose any keyword that is relevant to your website and get you more traffic.
