Strange Adsense Earnings

Hi there,

I just need to clarify something here.

I have an adsense account since 2008. In the past, I used some traffic boosting techniques to send surge of traffic to my adsense sites and got good earnings.

Now, since few months, I noticed that those traffic sending techniques don't work any more! I mean, I still get tons of traffic but don't see any click$ hence no earnings!

On the other hand, I start getting paid few cents here and there on normal SEO organic traffic after the traffic surge day is over.

Any idea whats going on ?

What exactly do you mean by "traffic boosting techniques"?

Since paid traffic 'services' can get you banned from AdSense, hence I'd imagine that AdSense have figured out how to track + ignore such traffic, if this is the case.

If not, what method are you using?

I guess they have figured out your surge traffic which to me.. not a good idea since it can get your account in jeopardy.
