Does EZA article help SEO and counts a quality backlink?

Hey guys,
I know a lot was written about this subject and article submitting is one of the basic and most important thing when it comes to SEO....but my question as you already saw is:

Do submitting articles to EZA today is still effective and help? Do you see traffic from there? Does it help SEO? Does it count as a quality backlink according to Google and Yahoo?

Hi rinor81, yes you do get traffic from EzineArticles, but the amount depends on the number of articles you submit, how good the article is, and how compelling your signature line is.

Yes, it counts as a high quality backlink, and it helps SEO, as long as you use keywords (in the article), that are the same as the keywords you are targeting on the site/page that the signature box is pointing to.

Thanks a lot, that does answer my question that no matter what changes we see from google or whomever, article submitting is a must.
I use the keyword I target to of-course, I place a link at the end of the article to my site with the anchor text I want to promote. I believe that is the fine strategy, no?

Article writing is a very powerful way of getting backlinks.

Personally I write for clicks and see these backlinks as a bonus. For example last night I checked a small site I recently started which is getting a lot of clicks through from Ezine Articles. Already it has over 100 backlinks as a result of the small amount of articles I have written.

if i submit articles to several places such as Ezine, articlebase, buzzle, goarticles, hubpages, squidoo - from an SEO perspective is it ok to submit the SAME article for each or do i need to change the article copy slightly each time i submit?

Yes it has a quality backlink even dofollow and most of the search engine follow the dofollow backlinks

Yes, also make sure you have 400-500 words of quality writing and keywords are only used 3 times and 100 words apart in the main body of text.

In my experience the traffic really depends on how many articles you post -having just a few articles will produce only a trickle of visitors but will still provide your site with quality back-links.

Abruzzo Villas, I think you should change your articles from directory to directory, yes it's frustrating a bit but you can't have duplicate content, that's the rule. I wish it was that easy that we could have submitted the same article to all directories, would have saved a whole lot of work.

Ezine Articles is a brand name... Its an authority site, if you get a backlink from EZA it really helps you get good ranking. Go for unique article marketing with EZA.. It is really effective.
