Looking for info on this, I have a website tonight (godaddy) website. It's mostly affiliate links that are from Max Bounty. Its a fairly new site that is just starting to pick up speed. I use stat counter and Last few days i have been noticing a lot weird traffic. ad-sense ads that i see are being clicked but are not crediting(also the record in stat counter for the exit link looks a bit odd). that would go the same for the affiliate links, Al tho on these i really don't know, but for the amount clicks and past performance i find it hard to believe there have been no sign ups. I also have a linked blog at blog spot, same is happening there also with the ad-sense i had 5-6 clicks yesterday and no credit. Any info would help. I did not even know this crap existed in till today |

Just make sure that the right publisher ID is on your site and Adsense will do their job about crediting you correctly for clicks. Statcounter is probably 30% accurate for me with exit clicks to Adsense. However, statcounter always shows way more adsense clicks than I actually get. About the affiliate links, I'm not sure. I use Adsense almost exclusively at the moment, so that's all I can comment on. | |
