Warriors, I mainly lurk on the Warrior Forum, and don't have many posts to my name so you'll have to forgive me for the long post... I have been active in CPA/PPC marketing part-time for a couple years now. During the day I work for a company called L4 Systems that has a product called "Splat", our site can be viewed at: splat.tv We also have a mobile app for Droid and iPhone, and recently released a TV app for Sony, Samsung, Vizio, and Panasonic internet connected TVs. The idea behind the product is that you're watching your favorite TV show, and you notice a product, song, or place featured in that show that sounds familiar but you can't quite place it... That's where Splat.TV comes in, we pay people to watch 36+ new shows every week and catalog these "Tags" Now, I think it's a pretty cool idea, and it is a start-up but we have some pretty serious backing from a couple VCs in the area. My question is this: Now I have been put in charge of advertising and given a budget of $5,000/month to create "buzz" for this product... This is hopefully the budget that turns this from a relatively unknown product and service, to something people talk about in their living rooms 6 months to a year from now ![]() I created an ad targeted to each of the 36 shows we are tracking on Facebook, and point clicks to our homepage. I am also doing some SEO work with creating back-links on Press Release and News sites. I still feel like I am not doing enough, any ideas would be greatly appreciated |

try to get some JV's on board as well. this can also go along way in getting your product popular more than the paid advertising you are focusing on.

What about mobile marketing? I am very bullish on MM because I feel it is the direction that much of the spending will be coming from. Just my 2 cents. |
