Why would it be hard to monetize with Adsense? There should be many relevant ads. It may take a few days for the good ads to start showing up.

Define what you are finding difficult? Your site is one day old, is there even any traffic yet? Did you do research before putting the site up about monetizing it? |

I did every necessary research. My main problem is I don't know where to paste the ad code.

If it is a wordpress site it is very easy to put the code in a text widget in the sidebar. You can also edit and put it in the header, or in each individual post. Just make sure you are not violating the TOS in any way. (Can't put under headline or more than 3 per page... read the TOS.)

One other solution is to select a wordpress theme with ready customizable adsense code.

as a rule of thumb sometimes it is better to get a constant stream of unique visitors before trying to monetize the site... focus on getting traffic first -> then think of how to monetize | |

You could paste the Adsense Code in the single.php of your theme files. Another way would be one of the hundreds Adsense plugins for Wordpress. The Whydowork Adsense plugin works pretty good.
