Site randomly disappears from Google 2nd page

I have a site that I thought was sandboxed and released but now appears and disappears from search results randomly. I have the site in my webmaster tools and there are no crawl errors. What could be causing this issue. Its very frustrating because every time the site appears in Google I get great traffic and conversions. Thanks for any info you guys may have on the topic.

My site somtimes jumps up and down in the search results, i think it´s normal.

Your site needs to go through a stage where it builds up trust with Google. Buy an aged domain with pr and do a 301 redirect to your website.

I think this is normal. The site will still reappear.
