My current index page title is "Lower blood pressure naturally". I do real well in search results for "lower blood pressure" and its variations. Now I want to target the very competitive "high blood pressure". If I change my page title to "lower high blood pressure naturally" does it cover all combinations of these words or just the ones in sequence? For example, "high blood pressure" is obvious in this title but I don't want to lose "lower blood pressure". Does it stay optimized in this title version? Now, it gets even more complicated. The third major keyword in my niche is "hypertension". If I use the title "lower high blood pressure | natural hypertension treatment" does that work for all 3 keywords and all possible combinations... or is this too much too expect? (I'm aware that there are a lot more variables in SEO but page title is probably the most important on-page factor) |
