Best pratice for anchor texting keywords. Using same site more than once?

Hi All,

quick question...

If i anchor text my keyword on a blog, forum or article site will it make a difference to my google ranking if i was to re-post several more times on the same site using the same anchor text keyword? or would it make no difference at all if i was to post once or several times on the same site?

For example, if i wrote an article on Ezine to anchor text my keyword would it make any difference to my ranking if i was to post 10 more articles on Ezines using the exact same anchor text for my keyword?

You should not get the same anchor link from one single site. It may add some juice to your sites, but not too much.

If you use the same anchor text in 10 different articles (one link per article), that should be just fine. However, you do not want to use the same anchor text 10 times in the SAME article.

Basically, you don't want to spam one page with duplicate text.
