I am stuck with a client's website,she can't change the pages which is in English.I will start targeting French keywords in her campaign to her landing page which is flower store. can i do that?will it effect my quality score,...thank you |

Probably would get poor keyword relevancy. You'd bid on "fleur" but that word is likely nowhere to be found on her site. Unless Adwords expands fleur to flower. I kind of doubt it but you never know. I would not do this. If I bid on keywords in a language, the ad and the landing page has to be in that language.

i know it's just not easy to change her website,she rent from a flower store they charge 300$/year per page,... i might take my chances and see.worst come worst i stop the campaign. |

I can testify (as an expat) that nothing annoys people more than looking for something in one language and then getting 'sold' it in another, so even if the QS wasn't in the toilet (and I think it would be), the bounce rate would be extreme. Why not create some French language bridging pages for her, and use those to land the PPC traffic? OK, she'd have to pay you to make them, but better that than burn money on PPC that won't convert. |
