Strange Happenings on Market Samurai Ranktracker

Is anyone else have difficulties with Market Samurai's Rank Tracker?

I have been checking my sites with keywords I have been targeting, and am getting zero responses from Google. Yahoo and Bing are steadily increasing however.

Yesterday I checked Rank Tracker and my sites went from being indexed but not in top 1000 on google, to not shown on google at all.

I even went as far as to enter a keyword direct term "the custom vinyl shop" without quotations which shows me as number two in google when i search for it, and market samurai still shows as not indexed.

Is anyone else having issues with Market Samurai?

Can't say I've noticed any issues with it myself - and I've used it today.

Well, market samurai and all its features seems to be working perfectly

sometimes is happen to me too. But when restarted it came back to normal.
