Search Engine Advice Much Appreciated

Hello all, hope you are well.

Looking for advice on how to begin going about improving my search engine rankings please.

I have recently spent a great deal of time and effort building my new business and website. I have promoted it on the WSO only and had great response on there. My next step is to end the WSO and concentrate on marketing my website effectively.

To do this I realise I need to do well in the search engines. Can anyone give me unbiased advice on how best to proceed with this. Are there any paid services I should be considering using? i.e. for link building etc.

I know which keywords I want to improve on and have begun onsite SEO for them. What I am specifically talking about here is off site SEO.

I was going to write in my original post that the only service I have been recommended so far is Linkvana but I didn't want to sway the opinions on the thread. Thank you for your recommendation. Do you write your own posts or pay extra for their writing service?

Linkvana rocks. I PM it to you so it would not look like I am promoting it. I have a number of top ranked terms using it, many with millions of competing pages.

I use their writing service. Their posts are top notch and the results are amazing.
