If you want to duplicate a competitors result in the SERP's than track their backlink strategy and duplicate right?

Well, all you need to do is find a well backlink'd webpage or article and run it through a backlink checker.

For example, I came across an GoArticle by Angela of Angela and Pauls backlinks with over 1800 backlinks.

Well guess what? Most of the backlinks are coming from profile backlinks and dofollow blog comments.

This would consume most of your time plagiarizing your competitors' backlinks. Building one way links in your own is a far more ethical and effective idea.

The key in analyzing the backlinks is finding common software that can then be automated. Blog comment and profile links tend to be lower quality, as the content on the page doesn't normally match the site you're trying to send people to, so when you see a page ranking with those types of links, it's easy to get more low quality links than them. Using just a couple tools I've developed I can get a couple thousand links to a page in a couple hours of computer time. They aren't all going to show up in backlink checkers, but that's always going to be true.

Forget Backlinkwatch. They are constantly overloaded with queries. Get SEO Spyglass instead and you can actually analyze the backlink data of your competitors.

still a friggen PITA - cuz you still have to go find the login page, register - email confirm and all that jive when you can just get a packet where thats already done for you ...

Of course you can generate unlimited lists - but your time is NOT unlimited.

IMHO - this is one of the slowest - worst ROI methods to generating "unlimited" links you can do... I mean in the first place we are talking profiles and blog comment spam from the get go mostly anyways.

Its one thing to chase down and place low end links - its another thing altogether to do it semi-manually

If you enter in site:domain.com in scrapebox scraper you will get every url listed for that website. Then use scrapebox backlink checker on every url in the list to find every backlink to the domain and inner pages. then you can see all of the links to the site. And then you can auto post to all the wordpress and blogengine links automaticaly.

I do this for the top 10 sites in google for my keyword. Works great. Then get an xrumer blast for the keyword and youll be on page 1 in no time. Of course if your on page seo is good and you have good unique content.

Yes, the profile must be publically viewable.....or so most people think. Thing is I have had links appear in webmaster tools from tests of placing links behind membership walls.

If anyone run of ideas to where to put backlinks,this is a good tip.Just get your competitor's backlinks,filter all junks and use the quality one,then you will be busy for the next few days.

As SEO usualy do when analyzing site's backlinks for reference to their websites we can always pick the useful backlinks for the benefits of our site and then counter the competitors.

This method is well known for most webmasters but Yahoo explorer or Backlink watch which is using Yahoo explorer, only show 1,000 backlinks of each domain. Also you can't always follow the backlinks of your competitors because many of them are got from his websites.
I don't like this method, however its effective.

I use scrapebox. Problem is you can't use keywords in the name input on respectable blogs because the webmaster will see it as spam, and won't approve. You also can't deep link with Wordpress blogs, because Akismet will automatically deem it as spam, so the webmaster won't even see it to approve it.

As for blogs that are auto approved, you still can't deep link (on Wordpress) and those blogs are already spammed to death. I don't find blog commenting a very useful way of building quality backlinks.

It's like $100 (was when I bought it), then you have to find good proxies. The best proxies you have to pay for.

You don't have to buy proxies, you can scrape them. But they are overused and crappy. Most free proxies are banned by akismet anyhow.

Blog commenting is just filling out your txt. info and the software does the rest. however, bad proxies slow you down and the success rate is very poor. You're better off using scrapebox to find good blogs to manually post on. Better success rate.

Personally, I think it's easier and cheaper to just go to the warriorforum classifieds section and hire someone to do blog commenting for you.

As i recall i used to have some auto posting tools on Forums but the strategy will all depend on the poster. I agree that Manual posting is rather effective than having a bot/software post for you. A two way communication between you and your readers should be established and this are the abilities which lacks most autoposting tools.

The list site of backlink profiles is limited. in order to get good backlinks, you must do it manually. Of course, it takes time and effort. However you can hire someone to do it for you and I strongly recommend goodlinkbuilding.com as one of the best company in this aspect
