Default Google Adsense Questions

I already posted this question on another forum, but this forum is more applicable to my question...

Newbie here...I recently setup my Google Adsense account. I made a little money, but I have noticed that on the traffic report, my daily page impressions don't add up with the number of views I get to my Hubpages sites everyday.

Once I setup Google Adsense on a specific website, do I have to add the HTML code that Google gives me to every page I setup on Hubpages, or will Hubpages automatically setup my Google Adsense on each of my sites?

Also, when I am logged into my Google Adsense account, is there a way to see where all of my page impressions and clicks are coming from?

I know this is probably an elementary question for many of you, but I am confused as to why my reports on Google Adsense don't seem to add up with my website traffic results.

Default Re: Google Adsense Questions

Hi Kevin,

Congrats on making "a little money" you're now ahead of 90% of the newbies out there!

For tracking your info, you can set up google analytics for free by setting up an account at Google Analytics and pasting the code on "every page of your website" at the bottom just before the </body> tag.

If you prefer, you can use Stat Counter instead. They've got some really cool features as well, including where people came from (great for tracking your advertsing) and where they go to. If it's your payment page, great. If it's back to google, you may want to look at your sales copy...

Btw, it's free also.

Take care.
