Default Google Adsense use and website flipping

I'm currently trying to sell my first website in my website flipping campaign. I have a question about including Adsense in a website that you're planning on selling.

How exactly should I include Google Adsense initially in my sale so that buyers see it on the website? Do I sign-up for Adsense and cancel the Adsense account once I flip the website so the buyer can gain custody? Is there someway I create a fake Google Adsense section for the website?

Thanks for the help!!!

You can sign up for an account, sure. If you don't want people messing with your Adsense account on that site, enable the allowed sites list, and don't add the one in question. You might even be able to leave out your publisher ID and still have the site show the ads.

When the buyer takes over, he/she just needs to input their publisher ID (or create new ad units) to get credit for clicks.

Perhaps an attic I shall seek.

You can sign up for an adsense account and then remove your code when you sell the site.

Alternatively you could take a screen shot of a few ad units cut them out using an image editor, and then display them in the relevant places on your site so they look like ads.

Regardless, if you are interested in flipping sites, you should make them profitable first which means you would need your own adsense account.
