So my site has been ranked #1 in google for its main keyword on and off for about 3 months. I have used whitehat only methods, article submissions, blog comments and forum profile links for offpage SEO. All of a sudden, it has completely disappeared from google as of this morning. How often does this happen to your websites? The site is under a year old and PR 0... could this be the reason and google is just dancing it? (my rankings have bounced between 1-5 before, but never disappeared.) Ben |

It is still early. I wouldn't freak out yet. How many pages is your site?

Magic! Regular Google stuff that's all. No matter what, continue building links and updating your site. It shall be back up in about 2-10 days. |

Google could be dancing / reindexing itself. Double check in every way you can. Try the inurl:www.yoursite.dom and site:yoursite.dom parameters. * Wait 6-10 days. * Still gone? Sign into your Google account. Submit site for reconsideration here: Requesting reconsideration of your site - Webmaster Tools Help When filling in the form, state that you were not informed why your site was removed and that you do not believe that you violated the webmaster guidelines. Good luck. |
