Domain For Auction! How Can I Maintain Pagerank Inner Pages?

Have a question. I came across a domain that was up for auction which has a pr4, however it had about 30 other innerpages that also had a page rank of between pr4-pr2.

When I actually brought up the pages, there was just advertisement on it. So I guess it is a parked domain, or it has expired. The url configuration was quite complicated.

My question is, If I would aquire this domain, is there a way that I can keep the url of the inner pages exactly the same, keep these innerpages the way they are, except instead of advertisement I would want to put content on them, and by keeping it the same maintain the inner pagerank?
