This is the marketing section of the forum, and building backlinks and SEO is certainly web marketing.

What is the problem you speak of?

1) You probably won't be able to post a "live" link but you can post one with spaces if you are seeking advice.
2) This thread might get moved to the SEO subforum.

I am not seeing my site on the first page of Google. cuttingboardbamboo.net
If i using Ronk checker or market samurai i am getting #7 on Google. Using the keyword "cutting board bamboo".
But if i search for the site manually using this keyword in Google its no where to be found. Could someone explain.

Shows up as number five for me. It's probably a result of Google's personalized searches. Try logging out of your account and searching again.

The ranking position that shows up in Google also depends on the country you are searching from. If you are outside the US, you could use a US proxy for your test.

I recommend that you add a link to your website on forums like the the warrior forum. This might help your ranking go up over time.
