AdSense on sites regarding trademarks you do not own

Hey guys, I'm still new to this place but so far you guys have been amazing. I'm really glad I found this forum.

Anyways, I've researched this as heavily as one can in 45 minutes and can't find a definite answer. I even skimmed through the AdSense ToC and got nothing.

I have a micro niche style site with just 2 pages (so far) based around a popular video game title. I removed the AdSense from it because I read somewhere that you can get your account banned if you do not own the rights to the content you're publishing. I've seen sites just like this on the internet with AdSense up and running on it but I'm not sure of their account status.

Hopefully there is someone out there who has been doing this exact thing for at least a year and hasn't had any problem. Something like a "video game soundtrack . com" niche that will pop up video game ads in AdSense. Is this type of site ok?
