Basically I have put all my efforts into promoting a product and I am currently on page 1 rank 6. I need to get to number 1/2/3 by tomorrow 9.00, my parents said I should spend less time doing I.M. and try find... and I quote "a real job" I really want to make this work and if I come up with a $100 or $200 day they will be stunned and I should get there support then.

But I need to get to 1,2 or 3rd on google really to have any chance of getting those numbers. All ideas welcome about how to SEO quickly (inside 24 hours) and instant backlinks free services and any tips to just jump a couple more places up google. As I said, all ideas welcome.

Well I have gone up one soo far in 2 hours so at this rate I can get there
And Barry I meant "fast" SEO then, like social bookmarking, web 2.0 plus pings just like quick stuff to do. Any ideas?

There are ways to make it happen, if you are really in desperation. However, do you really need to rush and make it happen tonight?


FAST SEO can be done in certain instances, and with the right tools...but it is often going to cost you far more than just a slow,steady climb.

Position 6 might be a very good place to be as long as your title and description are completely relevant to the searcher. How often do you look at the first 10 results only to wonder at the pages Google has returned. I think most people glance down the page one results looking for the "best" result.

So position 6 is right in the middle of a person's one second scan down the results. Should do well.

How long have you been dealing with Google & SEO?

If you've been there for long, you'll know that Google SERPs is the last thing on our planet earth to trust, jumping 1 place in 2 hours may be followed by a drastic drop the next hour...

What I am trying to tell you is that, don't rush for quick results, this won't get you anywhere, on the contrary, this may prevent you from doing the right thing & continue posting content and building links "naturally".

I guess my input is a bit different here......

A high page one rank does not guarantee that you will earn ANY money at all. The first deciding factor in my mind is, what exact key word or phrase are you targeting?

I have websites that have high page one rankings for many search terms that earn very little....my plan for these, is to build them into a membership site once they have reached a predetermined level.

The second factor, besides if you are targeting the right "buyer" keywords, would be, does your offer or product convert well, if at all.

Some times a bunch of traffic to a poorly optomised page will bring little results.

One more thing....on page seo is often overlooked, and can be quite helpful in getting a higher placement........not a page one guarantee tho.

FREE marketing takes time. What you could do in side a month is make a full time living by connecting with people on facebook or through the phone.

I call small business and establish a connection with them and then they ask me about my intenet marketing services.

You could try your luck in press releases. You can get in the top 10 of Google within a half hour with this method. The only problem is you may rank for a little while and lose the position the next day.

Yeah that's right.. there are no instant SEO. Your ranking will move up while you have a constant on website update. Otherwise you can do the backlink for the ranking boost..

There's really no magic pill to make your site jump overnight in the rankings to one of the top 3 spots in Google. You could try creating some more backlinks, but there's really not much you can do to definitively move it up in the space of a few hours.

As previous posters have mentioned, none of us can sit here and guarantee a sure-fire way to hop to the #1 spot in Google in the matter of a few hours. It doesn't matter how much money you give someone. It's just not gonna happen (barring highly unusual circumstances).

You could do a press release, but since it's one of those product launches, I would imagine you're going to have quite a bit of competition with PR. You might get a PR to #1, but it may only last for a half hour or so.

I have a feeling the site in question is one of those hubpages you have linked in your forum sig. If so, I would suggest you ramp up the backlinks to those pages. I checked a couple and neither had any backlinks showing in Yahoo.

And hey, if you're ranking that high on page 1 without backlinks, it should be a piece of cake to kick it up a few notches. Just don't expect overnight results.

From my experience it's best not to think of SEO as an "instantaneous" concept- instead you should focus on creating quality content, and gradually building good backlinks so that your site moves up the rankings.

If there was some magical button I could press, or piece of code I could use, to move me up to the 1st page of Google within a few hours for any keyphrase then I would certainly be living the good life (imagine getting number 1 for "make money" or "lose weight")

Your best bet for fast results would be trying to make some viral content for your website that could bring quick traffic via Web 2.0/social bookmarking sources, then try to convert that traffic to sales.

Getting #1 ranking on google doesn't happen overnight or instantly. You need to build relevant backlinks to your site contents, updating your site regularly and posting on forums, discussions, blogs and also writing articles about your site.

Unfortunately you are pretty much screwed unless you have upwards of a $1000 to purchase links. You can try really, really hard and maybe you can reach your goals.. but sorry to say, its a fat chance.
