Ive have been using the free version of TT for a while now and recently I've been having issues with the software, especially when doing a keyword search. It would freeze while doing the search. So I would X out and start over again. Now I can't do a keyword search at all. It freezes. Everything else works fine. So I un-installed and re-installed the program. Same thing. Anyone else having this problem? |

I notice my pro version isn't finding the google positions rankings very well any more. My guess is that the guys at Traffic Travis are having lots of trouble handling Googles new SERPs.

Guys, I'm having problems with it too, but I've noticed it's in the SEO Analysis option. It analyses a keyphrase but shows the results starting from page 2 of google results :s Anyone got any suggestions what else we can use instead? |

I've got also some problems with TT in the past weeks. The SEO analysis tool is not working properly and is not showing the correct results at all.

Here's what's going on: Google's made changes to their search results layout, and apparently it's impacted Traffic Travis tools. According to support, they're aware of these changes and are working on adjusting to them. I expect we'll see an update soon. |

All of our TT in the office had the same problem. The recent revision of Google algos triggered these problems and I know that the guys from TT are doing their best to solve the problem.

Yea I've been having problems since 11/15 too. I emailed them and this is their reply: "Thank you for your email. We apologize for the inconvenience. I have just been informed by one of our developers that due to the new update released by Google with regards to their search result layout, Traffic Travis' tools are not functioning as expected. We are making the necessary changes in Traffic Travis to adapt to new Google update. We will be in touch soon, hopefully within the day. Your understanding and patience is much appreciated!" |

Traffic Travis? I'm intrigued. Of course, if it doesn't work I guess there's no point in my googling it? LOL

I'm so glad I found this thread! I'm having the same prob with the SEO Analysis feature and I tried changing the proxy setting within the software and within Firefox. My thinking behind doing this was that I assumed (and yes, I know what they say about assuming!) the software ran off of Firefox and that Firefox was blocking me somehow so I thought I would try to get around it. I'm glad to know that I'm not being blocked, but it sucks that the software is going crazy. ![]() C'mon, Traffic Travis team, you can do it!!! |

No Mark Ling owns Traffic Travis and yes I am having the same problems as everyone else. Really slowing down my work.

If you run the software it will ask you to update. I use SEO Elite and looks like thats gone down the pan as well because of this layout change!

If TT can do more than MS, it would be great. I really like TT's usability, which is fast. Really a plus point for keyword research tools. |
