SEO Experts - Need Help Creating Website Analysis Checklist

Hi guys,

I'm working to put together a website analysis checklist of sorts that I can use to go through and easily review a client's website with.

The attached Excel spreadsheet is what I've come up with so far. What sort of short, on-page and site-wide SEO factors do you look for when reviewing a website?

Any help would be much appreciated.

However i don't see any attached file, but i think some parameters like pagerank, Alexa rank, number of indexed pages, number of backlinks, number of external links, density of keyword for each pages are necessary for making a checklist.
