If you do a search for "remy front lace wigs" you will see that my website remyfrontlacewigs.com is #1 or something. Look at the title tag. It says: remy front lace wigs (which isn't my real title tag). However, if you search for the term "front lace wigs", I'm like #4 or #5 and it displays my real title tag, which is: Front Lace Wigs at RemyFrontLaceWigs.com. What's up with that glitch? Anyone else ever experience that? 2 different title tags when 2 different keywords are searched? Thanks! |

Hi Chris, Google has always selected titles and snippets that they feel are most relevant for the search query. |

Looks like G picked the text from your Meta-Keywords? I say that because the Title in Google SERPs is all lower case text. The only place you have that exact lower case text is in the Meta-Keywords. This screen shot is from your Index pages Google Cache, notice the highlighted text is case sensitive & is the only text on that page that has 100% match. I know the same text is in your Index page <h1>, but I think G would have used those uppercase letters in the SERP title If that was the actual text they parsed (which I don't think it is). And you guys said they Meta-Keyword doesn't work. ![]() ![]() |
